How we work
Edition updated 9 Oct 2026
How we work: the first 90 days
What happens after you say yes, day by day: the audit, the priorities, the month-one deliverables, how reporting works, who you talk to, and how you leave if it is not working. Nothing on this page is implied; if it is not listed, it is not promised.
The first 90 days
5 milestones · Day 1 to Day 90
The first 90 days
Search is slow enough that an agency can hide for a quarter behind "it takes time". We would rather you know on day one what you will hold on day 14, day 30, day 60 and day 90, so you can tell the difference between work that is early and work that is not happening. The timeline on this page is the same one in your written quote.
- Day 1
Access in your name, a plan in writing
The day you say yes we set up or verify Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile in your name, with us added as a delegated user. We never ask for a password.
- A kick-off call: what the business sells, where in London the customers are, what a good month looks like in calls, bookings or sales.
- Your named account lead introduces the people on the account by name, and tells you how to reach each of them.
- The written review you already have (if you came through the free audit) becomes the first draft of the plan.
- Day 14
The audit, turned into a prioritised plan
By day 14 you have the hand-written technical and content audit, a map of the searches that matter with London demand, and a 90-day roadmap that says what we will fix, in what order and what each fix should move.
- Technical blockers are confirmed by hand, with a screenshot each: indexing, mobile rendering, speed (field data from the Chrome UX Report and PageSpeed Insights), structured data and internal links.
- Your Google Business Profile is checked against the two nearest competitors in your category.
- A baseline is recorded in Search Console and GA4 so that every later report compares against a dated starting point, not a memory.
- Day 30
First fixes live, first report
The month-one deliverables for your tier are listed on the pricing page, in your written quote and on your first invoice. If a listed month-one deliverable is missed for a reason within our control, that month is credited.
- The first technical fixes are shipped, not listed. Where a fix needs your developer, we write the ticket and check it when it lands.
- Your live dashboard is open: it reads from Search Console and GA4, so every figure in it can be checked against the source.
- The first written report arrives by the fifth working day of the next month, with a call to walk through it.
- Day 60
Content, local listings and links in motion
By day 60 the on-page work is through the pages that matter most, the first new content is published, your Business Profile is posting on schedule and the first earned links or citations are live.
- Every piece of content is written for a search we can show you demand for, and reviewed by you before it goes live.
- Review requests go out through your own system (QR code, SMS and email templates in your name); we draft replies and you approve them. We never write, buy or incentivise a review.
- Where results are slower than the plan expected, the report says so and says what changes.
- Day 90
A review you can forward to your accountant, and a decision
At day 90 we sit down at Tower 42 or on video, compare the quarter with the baseline and decide together whether to continue. 30 days’ written notice, including in month one. No exit fee. Everything from month one is yours to keep. These terms are proposed and are confirmed in writing before you sign.
- The quarterly review refreshes the search map, re-benchmarks competitors and prunes anything that is not earning its place.
- If a different tier fits better by then, you move up or down from the start of the next month.
- If we are not the right fit, we say so and hand over everything, in your name, within five working days.
Reporting
Search Console and GA4 · 5 commitments
How we report
- A written report by the fifth working day of every month, drawn from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, with the baseline from day 14 beside every figure so you can see the movement, not just the number.
- A live dashboard you can open any time, reading from the same two sources. If a number on the dashboard disagrees with the report, the source wins and we correct the report.
- Google Business Profile performance (calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile) and a rank grid around each location for local work.
- A call to walk through each report: monthly on Foundation, fortnightly on Growth, weekly on Authority, and a quarterly review in person at Tower 42 or on video on every tier.
- Plain English. Where a result is a range across several search terms, we give the range, not the best number.
Your account
6 roles · 21 people, named
Who is on your account
Everyone on your account is named on our team page, and your account team does not change without telling you. The roles below are the ones you will meet; which of the 21 named people fills each depends on your tier and sector, and your written quote names them.
- Named account lead
- Your single point of contact. Replies within one working day, runs the reporting call and owns the plan. On Authority this is a dedicated senior consultant with an account manager beside them.
- SEO specialist (Muhammad Ali, SEO Specialist)
- Connects search intent, technical foundations and local visibility into a practical plan for growth.
- Communications and audit (Momna Imran, Communications and Audit)
- Makes complex findings understandable and keeps every recommendation grounded in evidence people can inspect.
- Delivery (Javaid Ahmad, Senior Project Manager)
- Keeps multidisciplinary delivery moving in the right order, with clear ownership from decision to release.
- Development (Muhammad Abubakar, Full-Stack Developer and Lead)
- Builds the technical systems behind fast, reliable websites and clean search foundations.
- Growth Director (Faisal Latif)
- Turns commercial goals into a clear acquisition direction, keeping the work centred on outcomes rather than activity. Joins the quarterly review on Growth and Authority.
Specialist work can draw on colleagues across the group’s 10 countries. When it does, we tell you who, and the UK account lead remains the person you phone.
If it is not working
5 things that happen, written down
If it is not working
Sometimes it is not. A plan can be right and the market still move slower than anyone wanted; a plan can also be wrong. Here is what happens in each case, written down so that neither of us has to improvise at month three.
- The report says so first. If a measure is behind the plan, the monthly report says which one, why we think so and what changes next month. You should never learn about a problem from your own dashboard before you hear it from us.
- We re-audit, not re-explain. If two consecutive reports show a measure flat against the baseline, we re-run the relevant part of the audit and bring the findings to the next call, with a changed plan or an honest statement that the search is not winnable at the current scope.
- You can change tier. Up or down, from the start of any month, with 30 days’ written notice, including in month one.
- You can leave. None. Month to month. 30 days’ written notice, including in month one. No exit fee. Everything from month one is yours to keep. Access to every account is handed over, in your name, within five working days, and ours is removed. These terms are proposed and are confirmed in writing before you sign.
- We will tell you if you do not need us. Some businesses need a website before SEO, and some are better served by the free guides and the scorecard than by a retainer. If that is you, we say so, including in the free audit.
