Most agency case studies are written to impress rather than to be checked: a percentage with no baseline, a client with no name, a result with no date. The 12 cases on this page are written the other way round. Each one prints the figure we can publish, the platform or tool it was read from and the date it was read, and where no performance figure exists the page says so in those words rather than reaching for one.
London first. 2 of the 12 are London businesses: Blac in Whetstone, London N20 and Innovate College London. The other 10 come from the wider group’s work in Manchester, York, Leamington Spa, Leeds, the Midlands, the UAE and the UK, and every one of them is introduced with its real city. We would rather show a Manchester restaurant as a Manchester restaurant than imply a London client we do not have.
The ledger below lists all 12 in six columns: the client, where it is, what was measured, the figure, the source and the date it was checked. A confidence chip on every row says how far to trust the figure. verified means the figure read from the platform or the client’s analytics on the date shown; re-verify means it is older than six months, being re-checked; pending means it was supplied by the client, not yet checked by us. 2 rows carry a capture date today; the rest print "not dated" until one exists, because a figure without a date is a figure you cannot check.
Where a case carries a figure it is the client’s own, read from a public listing or from accounts the client owns. Blac's 4.6 stars across 341 Google reviews belong to Blac; what we did was the content and reputation work around them. Leam Taxis' figures are ranges, impressions +60 to 300 per cent across the tracked terms, and the range is always printed in full: never the top of it as if it were the typical result.
7 of the 12 publish no performance figure at all. Innovate College London, 360 Fitness, Bodyrade, Ideal Furniture World, Jaquar Midlands, Saloos and York Cars describe what was delivered: a store, a brand system, a bookings-first website, a content schedule. They are here because a London owner choosing an agency should see the scope of the work as well as the numbers, and because the honest line is itself part of the proof. No star rating, review count or testimonial is shown for the agency itself anywhere on this site; the ratings on this page belong to the clients named beside them.
If your business is in London, read the two London cases first, then the one closest to your sector: the sector is printed in the kicker of every card below, and the 12 cases cover 10 of them. Each case page ends with what a London business can take from it, the services used, and the free The London Review: a person reads your site and replies in writing within 2 working days. No automated score, no call required.
