White label SEO for agencies

SEO delivery for design, PR, web and marketing agencies, under your brand: audits, technical fixes, content, local search and link work, with reports written so you can forward them unchanged. Your client relationship stays yours. We never contact your client unless you ask us to.

Who it is for

3 London scenarios

Who this is for in London

White label SEO is for an agency that is asked for SEO by its clients and does not want to hire a team to answer. You keep the relationship, the brand and the margin. We do the work in a way you would be proud to have done yourself, and we stay invisible unless you want us in the room.

  • A design studio in Shoreditch (EC2A) that builds good websites and is asked "and will it rank?" at the end of every project. The honest answer today is "that is someone else’s job". With a white label partner the answer is a care plan with SEO in it, and the site is built with the technical foundations in from the start.
  • A PR agency in Soho whose clients want the coverage to count for search as well as for reputation. The links are earned already; nobody is turning them into rankings. A technical and content partner behind the PR team makes the same coverage do twice the work.
  • A web and marketing agency in Croydon with forty small-business clients on monthly care plans: plumbers, dentists, cafés, letting agents. Each one needs local search done properly, none of them can fund a specialist, and the agency cannot deliver forty Business Profiles by hand. Local SEO at volume, under the agency’s brand, is exactly this.

It is not right for you if your clients have been promised rankings, or if you want a reseller rate card to sell "SEO" at a price nobody can deliver at. We will not write a guarantee into your proposal, and we will give you the wording to decline one. It is also not right if you want to pass us off as your in-house team on a client call: we will join as your partner, named, or not at all.

How it works

  1. 01

    Scope

A call about your agency: what you sell, what you want to add, how many clients, who speaks to them, and how you want the work to look when it arrives.

  2. 02

    Pilot

One client site. We return the review within two working days, unbranded, so you can judge the work before you resell any of it.

  3. 03

    Set up

An NDA, your report template or ours, a shared board, access to the client accounts in the client's name, and the month-one list agreed per site.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Technical, content, local and link work each month against the plan, with your approval on anything the client will see.

  5. 05

    Report

A written report per client by the fifth working day, in your name, with the sources named so your client can check it.

  6. 06

    Review

A quarterly review of every account with your delivery lead: what moved, what did not, and what to propose to each client next.

In detail

Edition updated 9 Oct 2026

How we do it

Everything starts with the same review we give our own clients, delivered to you rather than to them: where the client’s site appears today for the five searches that matter to its business, what its Business Profile does against the two nearest competitors, the technical blockers found by hand, the content gap, and the three fixes that matter most. You see it first, you decide what to propose, and the client sees it with your name on it. The month-one list for each site is agreed with you before any work starts, and if we miss a listed item for a reason within our control, that month is credited to you.

The work then runs in the four strands we run for every client: technical first, then content, links and mentions, and local search where the client is chosen on the map. Where your agency already does part of this, we do the rest: a design studio keeps the build and we do the search layer; a PR agency keeps the outreach and we make the site worthy of the coverage; a content agency keeps the writing and we supply the search map and the technical work.

Capacity is why agencies come to us. Across the group there are 220 experts in 10 countries, and specialists across the group contribute where a brief needs them, led by the UK team: Muhammad Ali, SEO Specialist, leads delivery; Muhammad Abubakar, Full-Stack Developer and Lead, ships the technical work; Javaid Ahmad, Senior Project Manager, keeps multidisciplinary delivery moving in the right order with clear ownership from decision to release; Momna Imran, Communications and Audit, writes the findings so your client can understand and check them. Your delivery lead is one of the named people on our team page, and you can say so to your client or not, as you prefer.

Your brand on everything is the default. Audits, proposals, content drafts and reports arrive in your template or in a plain one, with no mention of us. We do not contact your client directly, we do not add your clients to any list of ours, and we do not pitch them when the engagement ends. If you would rather introduce us openly as your SEO partner, that works too, and some agencies find a named partner easier to sell than an anonymous one. The choice is yours and it is written into the agreement.

One rule we hold whoever the client is: accounts and assets are created in the client’s name. Not ours and, with respect, not yours. Search Console, GA4, the Business Profile, the content and the links belong to the business that paid for them. It protects your client, and it protects you from the conversation where a former supplier holds the logins.

What changes and when

Technical fixes are usually re-crawled within two to eight weeks. Local search changes often show within one to three months. Competitive London head terms usually take six to twelve months. These are typical ranges from our own work, not a promise for your site, and we report progress every month so you can see which it is.

The ranges apply to your client’s site exactly as they would to ours, and we will not shorten them for a proposal. In practice: by day 30 you hold the review, the agreed plan and the first technical fixes live on the site. By day 90 the priority pages are published, the profile is in order and Search Console shows which searches have started to move. We put that sequence in writing so your account managers can set expectations before the client asks.

If your client asks you for a guarantee, send them the paragraph above with your name on it. Agencies lose clients over promises they inherited from a supplier; we would rather you kept the client.

How it is measured

What we report, per client: the searches the site appears for and where, clicks and impressions by page and by area, the calls, enquiries and sales those visits produced, and the work completed against the plan. Where it comes from: Google Search Console, GA4 and the Business Profile, in the client’s accounts, so your client can check every figure without asking either of us. How often: a written report per site by the fifth working day of each month, in your template, plus a quarterly review of your whole book with your delivery lead. What we leave out: ranking positions for phrases nobody searches, "domain scores" from tools, and any number that cannot be tied to the client’s business. Our reporting guide is written for business owners; give it to your clients so they know what to expect from you.

What it costs to find out

Send one client’s web address. The free SEO audit comes back to you within two working days, written by hand by an SEO specialist from the team: where the site appears today, its profile against competitors, the technical blockers, the content gap and the three fixes that matter most, each with a plain-English instruction. We send it to you unbranded, so you can judge the quality of the work and, if you like it, pass it on as the start of your own proposal.

Get your free SEO auditSend your web address and an SEO specialist reviews the site by hand within two working days. Three fields, no call required, no automated score.

Wholesale rates are quoted in writing after the scoping call and depend on the number of sites, the mix of work across them and whether you want technical fixes shipped or ticketed. There is no public rate card, because the right price for forty local care plans and the right price for two ecommerce stores are not the same number. What drives our direct prices is on the pricing page; the same things drive wholesale. The terms are the ones we hold for every client, set out on the before you sign page: no minimum term, 30 days’ written notice, no exit fee, and every asset in the client’s name. These terms are proposed and are confirmed in writing before you sign.

Common mistakes we see on London sites

  • Agencies reselling link packages or "SEO plans" bought by the hundred from a network, which hold the client’s site back for years after the agency has moved on.
  • Forty location pages generated from one template with the borough name swapped, so the Croydon page and the Sutton page are the same page to Google and to the reader.
  • Beautiful rebuilds launched with every URL changed and no redirect map, handing years of rankings back on the day the agency celebrates the launch.
  • Reports that show a ranking table and a sessions graph and never mention a call, a booking or a sale, so the client cannot tell whether the retainer is working and eventually assumes it is not.
  • Business Profiles, directories and the website each carrying a different phone number, address or opening hours, because nobody owns the local data.
  • Logins held by the agency or by a supplier rather than by the client, so every change of supplier becomes a hostage negotiation.
  • Agencies whose own site does not rank for anything, selling SEO. Clients check.

How it fits with other services

Agencies usually start with one strand and add others. A design studio adds technical SEO to its builds and a migration plan to every relaunch, following the migration checklist. A PR agency adds content and technical work behind its coverage. A local marketing agency adds local SEO and Business Profile management at volume, with the multi-location guide as the client-facing explainer. Agencies with stores on their books use the ecommerce SEO plan. Where your account managers need to understand what they are selling, SEO training for your team is a day well spent. The same arrangement is available for PPC and web design where an agency needs those delivered as well.

The cases on this page were delivered directly by the same team that would deliver your clients’ work, and none of them is in London, so we say so. We have not yet published a white label case, because the agencies we work for are entitled to call the work their own. Ask us for a reference call with one of them instead.

Questions

9 questions

White label SEO: questions answered

Will you ever contact our client directly?
Not unless you ask us to. By default all communication goes through you, our name appears nowhere, and we do not add your clients to any list or pitch them when the engagement ends. If you would prefer to introduce us openly as your SEO partner, we join your calls as that, named. Either way it is written into the agreement.
Can we put our own name on the audits, content and reports?
Yes. Everything arrives in your template or in a plain one with no mention of us. Content is sent to you for approval before anyone else sees it. The only thing we ask is that no guarantee of rankings is added to anything we have written, because we cannot stand behind one and neither should you.
Who actually does the work? Is it offshore?
Named people you can look up. Muhammad Ali leads SEO delivery, Muhammad Abubakar leads development, Javaid Ahmad manages delivery and Momna Imran writes the findings. Across the group there are 220 experts in 10 countries, and specialists across the group contribute where a brief needs them, led by the UK team. Your delivery lead is one of the 28 named people on our team page.
Do you guarantee rankings for our clients?
No, and we will not let a guarantee be attached to our work in your proposals either. Google says nobody can guarantee a ranking and the UK advertising code agrees. We guarantee the work: the month-one list for each site is agreed with you in writing, and if we miss a listed item for a reason within our control, that month is credited to you.
Will you work with our client’s direct competitors?
We tell you before taking on a business in the same sector and the same part of London as one of your clients, and we will not run both without your agreement. Different boroughs or different sectors are not a conflict. The agreement sets this out so there is no ambiguity later.
Is there a minimum number of clients or a minimum term?
No minimum number: a pilot is one site. No minimum term: the same 30 days’ written notice and no exit fee that our direct clients have. Wholesale pricing does improve with volume and with a consistent mix of work, and the quote says how. These terms are proposed and are confirmed in writing before you sign.
What happens if our client leaves us, or we leave you?
Nothing is held hostage. Every account and asset is created in the client’s name from the start, so the client keeps everything whoever is working on it. On exit we hand over any working files within five working days and remove our access.
What drives the wholesale price?
The number of sites, how contested each client’s borough and sector are, the mix of technical, content, local and link work across the book, and whether you want fixes shipped by our developers or written as tickets for yours. It is quoted in writing after the scoping call; there is no public rate card.
How do you handle timing expectations with our clients?
With the same ranges we publish for our own clients: technical fixes re-crawled within two to eight weeks, local changes within one to three months, competitive London head terms six to twelve months, as typical ranges rather than promises. We give you that wording and the month-by-month sequence so your account managers can set expectations before the client asks.
